Description
Very hot, whole chili that can be used instead of fresh chili. Great for hot sauces and chili oil. Chilies are the hot cousins of the Capsicum family. Dried chilies have a unique taste and many uses. Heat the whole dried Bird Eye chilies in some oil until they increase in size. The frying improves their taste. Bird Eye chilies may be small, but they are very hot, so use them wisely!

Storage: Once opened, remove to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.
